Why Kb in nature?
I love nature and the outdoors. I also love kettlebells and other tools that are not commonly used in a commercial gym! Why not combine the two and make your workout a little bit more fresh and exciting? I wanted to offer people of all experience levels an opportunity to connect with other like-minded people who want to challenge themselves and learn how to utilize kettlebells in their training. The goal of these classes is up to you! I will be offering different types of classes, ranging from HIIT/Conditioning to strength workouts. There are endless amounts of ways you can use the kettlebell to improve your mobility, strength, cardio, and functional movements. I will be hosting once a week, usually on the weekends. I will be providing kettlebells (ranging from 13-80 lbs), a sandbag (175 lb), a weighted vest (44 lbs), and a mace (15 lb). If you have equipment, let me know! the more options people have, the better! I also will have agility drill equipment and exercises. I like to give some options for circuits!
